I need help with t-shirt sizing
The measurements below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface, such as a kitchen table. We recommend taking a t-shirt you currently wear and obtaining its measurements as a helpful comparison. Length: Measure from the high shoulder point, down to the bottom of the shirt. The Vintage Brand products are not affiliated with, licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by any college, team, league, event, or licensing entity. The graphic works of art incorporated into these products have been reproduced from a work that is in the public domain. They have been reproduced from the original and digitally restored, framed, and enhanced for vibrant color and are part of the Vintage Brand™ Collection of retro works of art.
How will my order ship?
All orders ship via United States Postal Service Priority mail.
Where are the Vintage Brand products manufactured?
All products on the site are printed in the U.S.A.
There is a product I like, but it includes text/graphics I don't want. Can I change it?
We cannot modify or remove graphics on the artwork, or add or delete lines of text. We only offer products with images that are currently seen on the site.
What if a product is out of stock?
When an item shows as out of stock, it means that item is currently unavailable for purchase. As soon as the item becomes available, that designation will update. Also, occasionally products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via email and given the option to remove the item from your order, or to cancel the entire order. What can I use as form of payment?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not accept payment by Purchase Order or check.
How do I check the status of my order?

I noticed some of the graphics look wrinkled, torn or faded. Will my product look like that, too?
Yes, the product you receive will have the same look as it shows on our site. These images have been captured from actual vintage products, such as pamphlets, ticket stubs, stickers and trading cards.Some of these products have been wrinkled or torn, and we have captured that image as it appears on the vintage product. The colors have been preserved to incorporate the “vintage” feel on the products we provide for purchase. So a torn ticket stub will have that rough-edge look, for example. Also
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made within one hour of having placed the order. Click on the Order Status link at the bottom of the page, input your order number and email address, and then click Cancel in the upper right.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will provide your order number, price, item description(s), size(s), and quantity. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. We will send a separate shipping confirmation email once the order ships from our facility.
Where Do I Enter a Promo Code?
If you have a special promo code you will be able to enter it on the Billing Details page during Checkout. This will be directly after the Shipping page, where you input your shipping details, during Checkout.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky and Washington.
How do I change my order?
Because all of our products are custom-made, an order cannot be changed once it is placed. This includes changes to quantity of items, colors, designs and sizes. We also do not allow for items to be added to the order. However, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of the time the order is placed and place a new order with the changes you would like made.
Can I ship to an address outside of the United States?
We currently offer shipping to Canada.
